Meet Alexise

I spent over twenty years owning and operating a private cleaning company, working closely with women and families navigating full, demanding lives. What I came to understand was simple: a clear, intentional space changes how you feel in your life. When people walked into a reset home, you could feel the shift instantly — relief, exhale, regulation.

Four years ago, I stepped away from that business and entered the field of holistic health. Since then, I've been called into people's lives during significant thresholds — death, divorce, downsizing, marriage, blending households, major transitions. My work now exists at the intersection of home, health, and identity: facilitating regulation during transition by first addressing the external environment so a new identity has room to emerge.
